UPGRADE OF THE LOWMANS BAY PV( SOLAR) SYSTEM 

INVITATION FOR BIDS

Interested bidders are asked to carefully review the details of the tender document and seek clarification if any sections or requirements are unclear.

• Bidders are asked to prepare a detailed proposal that addresses all the specified requirements.
• A comprehensive project plan, timeline, and milestones for the decommissioning of the existing PV system and installation of the new PV system must be included.
• Provide a breakdown of the proposed costs, including equipment, labour, materials, transportation, and any other relevant expenses.
• Clearly state the proposed technical specifications, design approach, and the expected performance of the solar PV farm.
• Include information about your company's experience, qualifications, and references from previous similar projects.
• Demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and safety guideline.
 

All bids must be submitted via email with the following subject “Bid for The Upgrade of the Lowmans Bay Solar PV Farm” and must be received no later than 3:00PM AST on 15th September, 2023. All bids would be valid for 90 days after submission.

NB: EXTENDED DEADLINE: Monday, 2^nd October, 2023 at 3:00 PM AST.

A site visit will be scheduled for Monday, 28th August 2023, at 10:00 a.m. AST. All bidders are asked to attend and/or have a representative present.
