Mission
 
The Human Resources and Administration Department aims to provide consistently high quality services  in the development, implementation and administration of company policies, procedures and programs which contribute to the  attainment of organizational and employee goals.
 
The Department provides support to the Management, staff of VINLEC and is responsible for people management issues such as recruitment and selection, employee welfare, compensation and benefits, reward and recognition, performance management, industrial relations, training and development, administrative services, Environment, Health and Safety and security. 
 
The Department carries out its functions with a staff complement as follows:
 
  • Four Management Staff
  • Five Supervisory and Technician staff  
  • Ten Unionised staff
